Are your pieces framed?
Since most people prefer their own choice of frame, I usually do not sell framed originals, unless otherwise specified. Frames also add quite significantly to the price of shipping. Some pieces are made on cradled panel or canvas and go ready to hang, and paper pieces and prints usually ship unmatted and unframed.
How are your items shipped?
Originals in paper are shipped flat. Small originals are shipped in padded envelopes; 14″+ originals go in corrugated boxes or cardboard packages. All originals on paper are also accommodated in an acid-free art bag and protected by plastic wrap and cardboard.

What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
Since we are dealing with artworks and one-of-a-kind items, the return and exchange policy is very strict. It is rare, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your piece of art, you have up to five (5) business days to let me know, and we can work on an exchange or money refund. All the return shipping expenses are of the buyer’s responsibility.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Sure! If upon checkout you don’t see your shipping region listed please contact me.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow me about 10-14 business days for handling and shipping your order. This is a one-person business, I work with no staff, and things sometimes get sort of hectic around here. If for some reason I need more time to ship your item (which is not very common, but it happens), I will let you know. And if you are in a kind of rush (item is a birthday gift for somebody or something alike) drop me a line and I can arrange a faster shipping for you.
Is it payment secure?
The gallery checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, both trusted payment platforms, and holds the same securities and payment fraud protection. We do not keep your information or credit card numbers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.
